80% Sauvignon Blanc and 20% Chardonnay
This attractive wine displays a pale straw colour, an exotic bouquet of fresh passion fruit combined with the elegant ageing notes of chardonnay, a long palate of tropical fruit underpinned by refreshing acidity.
51% Xarel-lo, 25% White Granache, 13% Chardonnay, 11% Macabeu Aged 5 months light-toasted French oak barrels Beautiful pale and gold in colour. On the nose it displays a symphony of aromas of white flowers reminiscent of peach and apricot, with intense citric notes of fresh lemon peel, as well as Mediterranean herbs such as rosemary and thyme combined with a delicate aniseed touch. On the palate it has a silky texture and a good volume which caresses gently the tongue. A good freshness makes the wine balanced and pleasant.
Straw yellow in color. Characteristic bouquet, with a wealth of aromas from elderflower overtones. Great nose-palate symmetry, velvety full and elegant.
Ideal as an aperitif. Great with asparagus, fish and shellfish, broths and creamed soups.
