A family grower's white in the classic Loire mold, made to show the region's clean cut and stony backbone. We pour it as a reliable house white, equally happy before dinner or at the table. It was practically built for fresh goat cheese, and does lovely things beside salmon or a simple roast chicken.

Green apple, yellow pear and honeysuckle with a floral nose and balanced acidity. Aged 10 months on lees in concrete.
