Pale yellow with greenish reflections. Green apple, pear and citrus with fennel and a saline touch from the calcareous, seaside soil. Well-balanced acidity, refreshing, with a slight herbal touch, subtle minerality, a smooth, slightly creamy texture and a long finish.
