Rueda gives this white its zip, and a few months on the lees add a little roundness to the crackle. Herbal and citrusy, it wakes up the palate and begs for a plate of something green or briny. It is a natural aperitif and a friend to goat cheese.
tasting notes
Straw yellow with a golden rim, clean and transparent. Great aromatic intensity, with apricot and peach, slight citrus and herbaceous touches. Dry, with good acidity and freshness. Organic, five months on fine lees.
