the wine
Pinot Noir asks for a cool climate to show its lighter, more perfumed side, and Chile's coastal valleys deliver. We chill this one slightly and pour it with salmon, roast duck, or mushroom risotto, where its delicacy is an asset. It is a red for people who think they only drink white.
tasting notes
Violet-red with purple highlights. Fresh raspberry, light spice, herbs and damp earth. Delicate and fresh, with balanced acidity and fine tannins, and notes of red berry, clove, dark chocolate and roasted coffee.
shipping
Orders ship in protective packaging within 2 business days. An adult signature (21+) is required on delivery. We hold shipments during extreme heat or cold and email you first.

Morande is closely tied to the early development of Chile's Casablanca Valley, part of the pioneering movement that showed cooler coastal ground could yield distinctive wines, and it now draws fruit from across several of the country's valleys.
