50% Cabernet Franc 50% Cabernet Sauvignon.  To the eye, it is of an intense red colour. Complex on the nose, it showcases dark fruits and spices, such as pink peppercorn, with sweet herbal notes and a touch of roasted peppers. Its passage through oak provided a hint of coconut and mocha.
Smoothin the mouthwith roundandjuicy tannins. With a lingering after taste, it is a wine that reveals mineral notes and an elegant structure.

50% of the blend (Cabernet Sauvignon) remained 12 months in medium plus toasted French and 
American Oak barrels. The remaining 50% (Cabernet Franc) was stored in stainless steel tanks 
to maintain the fresh taste of the fruit
