Godello thrives on the steep slate slopes of Galicia's interior, giving whites with both weight and a cool, stony freshness. This one balances orchard fruit and herbs with a mineral spine that keeps it vibrant. It is lovely with grilled fish and a paella off the fire.
tasting notes
Greenish yellow with golden tones. Clean and enveloping, with ripe apple, melon and pineapple, fennel and mint. Especially pleasant, balancing body and volume with fresh acidity and mineral notes from slate soil, into a long, pleasant finish.
