Jorge Tijerino.

Jorge Tijerino is the CEO of Wine41 and the numbers half of the house. He has spent more than twenty years in banking, finance, and wealth management, with roles at Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan Securities, and SunTrust Investment Services, and today serves as Chief Investment Officer at VIM Wealth Management in Miami. He reads a wine list the way he reads a portfolio: patiently, skeptically, and with a soft spot for the undervalued.

Jorge also owns JT4 Technologies, the technology company behind Wine41's digital storefront. Between the founder and the CEO, the division of labor is simple. Luis decides what deserves a place on the shelf, and Jorge makes sure everything around it runs cleanly, from the numbers to the pixels.

Born in Nicaragua, Jorge came to the United States at the age of five and calls Miami home. He holds an MBA and BBA from Florida International University, both with honors, and is fluent in English and Spanish. At home he is husband to Jennifer and father to Jorgie and Justin, and he is happiest experimenting in the kitchen, where a good share of this shop's research gets opened.
