La Gabacha Sauvignon Blanc 2023

Organic Sauvignon Blanc aged for 5 months in fine lees.

Straw yellow color with an elegant golden rim, clean and transparent. On the nose we can find great aromatic intensity, pleasant fruit aromas like apricot and peach, accompanied by slight citrus hints and herbaceous touches typical from the Sauvignon Blanc. On the palate, the wine feels dry, with good acidity that provides freshness.  Ideal for aperitifs and wonderful to pair with seafood.
