Viura 70%, Malvasia 20%, Garnacha 10%. Pale straw yellow, clean and bright. Without moving the glass, subtle aromas of pastry, vanilla and lemon zest are discernible. On swirling the glass there are hints of white cranberry, lychee, dried hay, curry and a background of elegant toast intermixed with mineral touches. On the attack the wine is silky elegant with good balance and medium weight. On the palate, citrus and yellow stone fruit flavours such as peach, intermingled with a hint of vanilla toffee and graphite. The aftertaste is long and well-balanced.
