Saurus Pinot Noir Rose 2023

The sight offers a pale rose color with delicate salmon-pink hints. Complex nose with floral aromas like jasmine, orange blossom and rose petals. Fresh, fruity and balanced with mouthwatering acidity. Aged in stainless steel tanks for 4 months at a controlled low temperature, on its fine lees, to obtain smoothness, creaminess and preserve the fresh fruit.
